Sewer - Flat rate $31.50

Water - up to 5000 gallons - $26.50

             5001 - 10,000 gallons - $6.00/ 1000 gallons

             10,001 - 15,000 gallons - $10.00/1000 gallons

              15,001 - beyond - $15.00/1000 gallons
