Town Hall Rental Information

The Village of Sprague Town Hall is available to rent for any Village resident within a 1.5 mile radius.  Non-residents may not rent the hall.  Rentals are for a full day.

Rental Fee: $50 per day, $250 deposit or $500 deposit for event with alcohol served, $1,000 deposit on commercial rentals

Includes:

-Full use of the town hall

-Full kitchen

-Use of all tables and chairs

-Basketball court on the East side of the building

 

You must bring your own supplies, food, decor, etc.  The hall must be cleaned and vacuumed after your event and returned to condition it was found in.  Cleaning supplies and a vacuum are provided in the hall.
